Thank you so much for your cookook “1000 Gluten Free Recipes.” It has been my lifeline. With being off gluten and dairy, I have missed multiple things that I used to eat. Your cookbook has not only given me many fabulous recipes, but also it has taught me the secrets of how to transform recipes of my own. I cannot thank you enough.

  • Hello Carol, Is this considered the “blog” where we can reply to win one of your cookbooks? We love your 1,000 GF recipes! It’s our standard book to go to for everything. One of my daughters favorite is the pizza crust recipe! It’s become a family favorite! Thank you for all you do with Celiac and Wheat allergies!

    Hi Carol,
I’m fairly new to the Gluten Free world and have heard many great things about your 100 Best Gluten Free Recipe book. I would love the opportunity to win one of the books. Also of interest, I noticed that Dr. Oz will have this coming Monday 12/3 a show about Wheat and how bad it is for you. I wish more people understood how it damages your body. Thanks for all that you do.
