This crust is so easy to make. Thank you for sharing these tips. I use your book constantly. 1000 Gluten Free Recipes. I date each one as I make it the first time and have even added my own index page numbers for my favorites, which are many.

Hi. Carol, love your 1000 GF cookbook, but I am struggling with the pizza dough. I think the recipe is different from what you used in this video and it is very crumbly. Should I update the recipe I am using? Thanks.
